There have been a series of earthquakes  from last night at midnight (4.2) to just a few minutes ago (4.0), centered in the northern part of Amphur Wang Nuea (officially in Lampang Provinces but jutting into Chiang Rai just south of Mae Suay. 

 

According to the seismic website, dozens in the past 24 hours.

Gee , not in mae Lao !!! So many people come up here and think Mae Lao gets the earthquakes and stops here .My friend sells land around the area and tells me what potential buyers say. Yes I did feel some tremors last night 

yes and Thai buildings are so poorly built. not much shaking would make them collapse. unlike California or Japan.
