Moving house in San Sai, have an auto washing machine ( approx. 70 kg ) to transport. Anyone know of a pickup available with driver for hire, it will only take an hour or so ? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I'm sure you could get a song-taew driver to do it for you for a couple hundred baht, depending on the distance, of course.

Just ask your neighbours, somebody has a pickup and some time to take you if you are willing to pay for it.

You said an hour, so how for is it? 50km? I would try to offer 1000 baht in this case, probably somebody will agree to do it.
