watcharacters Posted April 6, 2019 Share Posted April 6, 2019 All over much of the world street performers do exactly that. They perform on sidewalks, undergrounds and wherever people pass by. I've rarely if ever seen performers on the streets of Thailand. I think they add a definite positive flavor to a city. Certainly Thailand doesn't lack people with talent. When you understand who they are, what they do, what they prevent and how they fund themselves and their masters, you will have the answer to your question. Also it is very hot in Thailand.
