The off field dramas have started.

AFL topless photo investigated by police as 'revenge porn'

The circulation of explicit photos showing a woman wearing a Richmond Tigers star's AFL premiership medal is under police investigation after she claimed they were an act of revenge porn.

Although the woman consented to the photographs being taken, she was told by the Richmond Player it had been deleted from his phone, The Herald Sun reports.

She reportedly had no knowledge the photographs were being circulated through text messages.

Her face is not shown in either photo and the player whose medal she is wearing is also not identified.

Who's hanging up the boots? Keep track of 2017's retirements and delistings

DISCARDED Kangaroo endurance king Sam Gibson is preparing to plead his case - face to face - with opposition clubs in a bid to prolong his late-starting AFL career.

North Melbourne announced Gibson's delisting last Friday, with the 31-year-old already in Bali with his wife Jade and their 11-month-old son Seb. They will return to Melbourne next week.

Gibson's playing status could have been different had the Roos lured prime targets Dustin Martin and Josh Kelly to Arden St in moves that would have rocketed short-term expectations.

Kangaroos swing the axe on two more

"I'm a pretty rational person and it still can be hard to fathom that you can be in the best 22 for 130 weeks, finish sixth in the best and fairest and not get a contract," Gibson told AFL.com.a\

She is a pretty girl..........Footballers are known for leaving there brains in the locker half the time id have to say that some of the women that knock around with a few of them have there brains in there panties most of the time, at the end of the day who would allow a naked or semi naked pic being taken of you in the first place especially by footballers not just anytime but particular at seasons end where there brains have been neatly locked away for the next 2 months before preseason starts again?

I would like to know who the footballer is because under section 41DA of the Summary Offences Act the person who posted the images without consent faces 2 years imprisonment.  Someone down at tiger land is in a bit of poop both internally and externally.

Another mountain out of a mole hill story.

Can't believe the police would throw resources at it.

I guess the guys in charge could gather every woman in the 18 to 35 age group for a line up naked with a medal to identify the victim.

Its about time they scanned recruits for mental capacity....mens body boys brains..

Bernie Vince, Jordan Lewis, Clayton Oliver, Tomas Bugg......and now Jake Lever.

Can't see the Demon's style of footy being any less un-sociable in 2018.

Looks like Kevin Muscat the  Melbourne Victory coach is Goodwin's mentor, once a feared central defender who routinely stomped on strikers in the old 2cd division in England as well as playing for Celtic in Glasgow is showing how its done, a most talented team are Victory yet are 0-2 time to stop playing the man and concentrate on playing football...Leaver is not known as a brute, but hey after being second to the ball for 9 years I don't mind seeing some hard stuff from the delicate Dee's though one would hope they channel it a little better in the coming season...

Leaver I feel cost us to much for a yet non key position player, meanwhile talk around town is Goldstien could be on the move...poor old North won't be much left there soon for old Fj to look forward too....

J Watts I'm hoping will not go to Port or anywhere else, that a ray of light hits him and will knuckle down and become the player we know he is capable of being, 2 ys to go on his contract a high 2cd round pick is to cheap especially after 2 first round picks for Leaver...

Gibbs speculations should begin to swirl this week.....Hogan for you west Aussies clearly has stated he does not wish to be traded, there is talk that the dynamic duo of Bugg and Pederson could be packaged and sent to a club near the G....its Blue in colour, Cam for the record needs to be on the ball most of the time whilst Bugg played his best footy out of defence niggling forwards with a great run and carry style can be very effective, Goods played him out of position this year he is not a midfielder so you been warned radar...

I found this link using Google

https://wwos.nine.com.au/2017/03/23/09/05/tony-lockett-speaks-out-about-weight-loss

"I was about 24 kilos I reckon when I decided enough's enough so I jumped one the scales, I was 124, 125,'' Lockett told AFL Footy Show panellist Billy Brownless.

"I thought that's enough incentive to get something done here.

There's no eating basically. There's only one way you lose weight and that's not eat at all.

"I've been off the frothies (beer) too."

Lockett also rejected suggestions he had become a recluse and said he had simply elected to spend more time with his four children while they were still young.

Think he's over doing it.  Looks like he just got freed from Changi

Just had a hip replacement at 17 but they are saying he will go at a high 2nd round.  Sounds like he is made of glass also.

No doubt there will be an AFL bionic league in the near future for people who have reconstructed body parts.

News just in

THE AFL has blocked transgender footballer Hannah Mouncey from entering this year's NAB AFL Women's Draft.

A subcommittee was formed to rule on Mouncey's eligibility and its decision was based on analysis of transgender strength, stamina and physique, as well as the AFLW being in its infancy.

They also said he can play for some  Canberra club assume its female and may get the nod to go into the draft next year....of course not to discrimate the clubs can just not pick him....

That's all he/she could expect for living in the twilight zone of gender identification.   Maybe next year??  Even the AFL has tossed him/her in the too hard basket.
