For what it's worth, in the USA, driving licenses are issued by your state of residence. Each state has its own rules. My state is Texas and driving license can be renewed online every other renewal and must be done in person for the interim renewals. -

Eye injection
I am not sure it's related to the floaters. Because I just started having floaters and the doctor said to do nothing about it. She said she has them herself and it's just an annoyance you need to live with. However, it seems like a previous poster has said it got worse and he can't tolerate them anymore. So not sure about that. I guess it depends on the severity. However the back of the eye is not related to the floaters, I think. -
