child travelling DOMESTIC with a coach, how to give proper consent?

A (farang) child needs to travel between Phuket and Bangkok with his coach (to attend a competition), is there a consent necessary, given there's no passport control? Or what's the proper way to give a consent to guarantee kid's travel and return?
