Thai hunk opens up about his "six pack surgery" drama!

A Thai man has spoken up about the drama surrounding surgery that many people thought was plastic surgery to give him a six pack.

Social media posters suggested that it was laziness just to pay for a flat tummy and not work out in a sweaty gym like most people.

Pangpaparn "Ome" Arunwilai hit back at negative comments saying it was his choice and others didn't need to copy him.

Contrary to reports it was not cosmetic surgery with implants. Those pictures were just guides so that the doctor could decide the natural contours of his body and where to extract fat.

It cost him 180,000 baht - expensive because he needed flab to be extracted from several spots.

Ome said he was a regular visitor to the gym but results were slow so he decided to opt for liposuction. He had to stop training for a couple of weeks but after that was back in the gym to continue working on his six-pack in the normal way.

He had the procedure back in September and was now fully recovered.

Do you have a six pack? I would guess not. The guy wanted it and went out of his way (surgery plus gym) to get it. That's the opposite of laziness. Extreme for sure but it worked. Looking at his "after" pic he definitely put some actual effort as he went from man-boobs and zero muscle to a decent shape.

At a lean BMI of 14% and years of exercise, yes I do have a good pack of Rectus Abdominis, otherwIse known as a 6 pack, along with the External Obliques looking mighty fine, plus the pecks, the bi's, tri's and so on and so forth, but it came with natural hard training and a good diet, not the surgeons knife, whatever floats yours/his boat, anyways short cuts don't last long IMO, i.e. no pain, no gain, something you would have only heard of I dare say ????

So do you get a lot of phonenumbers now from sexy girls or do the Somchais with purple led-lights and go-fast stickers still beat you?

The BMI (Body/Mass Index) is not a percentage of anything. What formula did you use to arrive at that number of 14%? I doubt it is a BMI of 14, because with that you would be just skin and bones and not alive.

I managed at the grand old age of 59 to get a six pack.  It simply required a careful diet over a couple of years and daily exercise - miracles don't happen overnight.

The only downside was that in order to reveal my six-pack, my fat % was rather low and so my face and cheeks looked very sunken.  So I put back on about 2 Kg to help to fill out my cheeks.

I weigh about 65 Kg now, still have a visible six pack as I hit 60 years old next month, but it's not well-defined now, (need to train more!).

Heaven knows why this young Thai guy can't shift his fat the natural way - I suspect too much white rice and oily Thai food is part of the problem ????

I tried that in an effort to be less handsome. The surgeon said it was impossible.

at my bkk upscale 99% thai condo most of locals in gym mainly sit on exercise equipment playing with mobile but they wear a trendy exercise suit.  annoying as they block machines they aren't even using.
