And 90% of wooden doors warp in Thailand because?

I am still waiting for you to finish the sentence.

My sentence has been sitting here with my pipe and slippers

Just seemed like a relevant detail about local doors.  But, at least they didn't charge me for the second and third times they came back to "fix it," when it wouldn't close, but it still warped. Maybe check your bottle bottoms again, and you will be able to see an arc, instead of a plane.

You buy cheap doors and complain. I got 12 doors installed 10 years ago and not one warped.

How do you know they were cheap?  I did two whole house in windows and doors for less than what they charge per piece, and mine were actually rated efficiency wise.  The problem starts with lack of standard sizes, and continues by people cutting corners, doing rush jobs, and lack of intelligence.  Welcome to my ignore list.

In my experience in construction, which is obviously vast I have never heard of warped/ twisted doors be blamed on its size, cutting corners and lack of intelligence.

A door twists when the moisture content is too high and they have been leaned up against a wall instead of laid flat. They can also twist when the heat differential between inside and outside is high but generally all doors will expand and shrink from summer to winter pretty much non stop and every year.

If you want see warped timber at its finest, just go to Global they really are the experts at ruining wood and throwing money away.

Kan is excellent but they only do big jobs now, like 5 doors minimum, etc.

My requirement is for the kitchen, cupboard boxes already in place and don't need replacement, but doors have deteriorated and not looking good.

So we need no boxes or frames, need 10 doors, white, supplied and fitted (several sizes), with the special soft close hinges which pull the doors fully shut, plus 10 fronts of drawers.

Do you think this would be big enough job for Khun Kan?

Can you please share a very rough price estimate of an average size kitchen cupboard door?
