hi guys and gals,
im an aussie living in thailand , would like to take my thai fiancee to aussie for couple weeks holiday.

she has a 12mth multiple entry tourist visa (her 2nd)  a time period has arrived where we can go. 

problem .. her visa expire on the 12th july, we cant go till the 30th of june but would like to stay 3 weeks, 
i have asked many people can she arrive in aussie before the 12th but stay for 3 weeks,  answers have been yes as long as she there before the 12th and no she have to leave before the 12th, have tried calling embassy total waste of time they not even answer , i know she can apply for another visa but it will not fit in within time frame, can she enter and leave without problem yes or no

Email the Embassy.

I believe that you would need to depart before 12 midnight 12th July, or be in breach of visa conditions and thereby jeopardise any future visa

email the embassy, jesus mate i have more chance of a lunch with donald trump, read the text i sent we would arrive before the 12th, so are we fine or not

ok, the answer is nobody have a clue, i tried phone numbers knowing what i would get , nothing not even a human

The clue is in the date of the expiry of the visa I think. She needs to leave Oz before that date.
