Let´s all hope the Norwegian pulls through.

However, for the look, mess and style: 9,7 out of 10. Good contribution to the country´s carnage stats.

The Foton view of Thailand just got a lot bigger as the maniac mini van drivers do their usual work????

Damn ... bad mini drivers out good drivers in!

hope our Nordic mate pulls through ok !!!!

I just had the assistant van driver open the front passenger door on to the sidewalk and into my shoulder. I told him I was not happy, he apologized in English. Five minutes later the wife says your bleeding, sure enough 3 streams of blood flowing out of my arm. If I had have know this upon exiting the van, I would have called the police and demanded 3,000 Baht in compensation from the van operator.

I truly hope that the poor guy will fully recover. It's so sad that these accidents seem to be part of Thai culture.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. But 20,000 with a head trauma sounds much better to ask for.

More chance of blood from a stone than a thai paying falang damages

Did the van hit the back of the truck?

The damage is to the left hand side (which should be curb-side)  looks to be impacted from the front going rearwards?
