Land Office taxes

Does anyone know the latest tax rates on selling a residental house.

Selling price will be approx 7-8 million, and owned for 10 years, so probably no business tax (but not sure these days).

Thank in advance for any info.

Don't believe any current changes exist so I think its safe to use link to transfer cost calculator.

Many thanks for this handy calculator. Would you happen to know how to get the "land department appraisal price" ?

Not sure any reliable data can be found except at Land Dept.

 

Info read over the years says they reappraise every 4 years.
