Now we are talking. You are on the right path! 🙂 I would still not shout and beat up the cook for it. I would kindly ask them to change and correct. As many restaurants I´ve been to, I am almost 100% sure it would not be a problem. And if they fix it without problems, then I might give a little bit bigger tip. If the food I got was well cooked, that will say.
