Quick question. Could someone provide a link to the latest application form (online/hard copy) and main requirements along with a reference sheet for my wife to extend her settlement visa after the first 2.5 years have been completed. It is not due for quite some time but would like to research well in advance. The application will be based on having a UK spouse.
