Lawyer Bangkok

Featured Replies

Goodafternoon,

I have a house in Thailand Buriram. The house is owned by a company where I am the director off.

I left back to Europe for work and broke up with my thai girlfriend. My ex-girlfriend is still a share holder

I want to sell the house now and I allready found somebody who is interested.

I asked my lawyer in Pataya (who also created my company) to remove my ex as shareholder from my company. She emailed me that she has to make a paper that needs to be signed by my ex and she will contact me when that is ready.

Only this is taking allready quite a while and she is not aswering my emails and on the phone she said something strange that my ex is also director.

I am afraid that my lawyer is not working for me anymore and is going to do something fishy together with my ex.

Does anybody know a lawyer in Bangkok that could help me out with this issue?

thanks in advance

@blackcab Thank you very much I will contact him

@FritsSikkink I do not completely understand your remark. Who am I not paying?

Your girlfriend has shares in the company so she has rights to an amount of the proceeds. If she owns 51%, she has rights to 51% of the proceeds if you dissolve or sell the company.
