Hello all. Another Koh Chang question. We will be going there for a couple of weeks in August and I was wondering if we can use our mobile phones there and how good are the connections? Anybody been there and used their mobile?

i know that Orange built 2 sites there last year.

one of them right next door to the bosses holiday home.so he could get great coverage when he went there.

one2call and dtac work on white sands fine

the place is totally covered in masts ya wont have any problems..

Spent a week there in May 2003, mostly on White Sand Beach. My china mobile worked fine. DTAC seemed to have a more reliable signal.

my mate has a bar on white sands, i call him all the time 12call no probs weeve also bin there and no probs
