How foreigners are fairly treated here

Does anybody notice the difference here or is it just me?

I read both articles first headline was about the so called "smart van" which there isn't really a picture of the van.

Second is the article of the major drug dealer caught Lop Buri, I think a "MAJOR" drug dealer as the headline suggested should deserve a picture.

I wonder if the MAJOR drug dealer is still in jail, the illegal criminal foreigner teaching English probably is.
