How to get a ToT connection (for an expat)

I want a ToT phone line. I am an expat. What documents do I require and what's the price and how long does it take?

All they wanted from me was my signature on a copy of my passport face page,  don't think that they even looked at my O-A Visa

 

Since I owned the condo I brought along a copy of the chanote , but I am sure a year's lease would be just as good

May I suggest a visit to the local TOT office and get the info you need directly from them? They are quite helpful if you just smile and ask nicely
