We've been operating already in Thailand since January this year as private limited company in the digital space. We've grown from 0 Thai employees to 6 and we keep growing. Looking at the BOI available materials we could qualify potentially for a decent status giving us tax incentives as well.

 

My question is do we really need to be a "new project"? Would we need to create a new company and pitch for a business from day 0 or could we potentially convert existing company with a track record into BOI?

When i applied it has to be a new project but it can be a pre-existing company to a certain extent - i was told no more than one year.
