Accessing the VFS website in Bangkok, any problems?

Featured Replies

Just wondering if anyone else has been having problems accessing this site in the last few days.

On Tuesday, 27th August, helped a friend complete the UKGOV site to request a visa for his Thai wife to travel with him to the UK in October. Completed the site and paid for the application without any problems and was then routed to the VFS site, now is where the fun begins.

Started off the site would not accept the password, after various e-mails went back and forth with their various help desks, they stated they were having problems with their site and please be patient.

Eventually, (late Tuesday afternoon) I was given a password which allowed me to access the site. After declining all offers of VIP packages and prompt visa response I ended up on the documents page which offers a choice of uploading now or alternately upload when you attend your appointment. Can not get beyond this page. All buttons on the page, including "Continue" and "Back" are non functional. Been on to their support desk numerous times, however they have been unable to resolve the issue.

My friend simply wishes to schedule an appointment for his wife, a simple request I would have thought, yet after 3 days of trying, still unsuccessful.

Anyone else had this issue recently?

Tried both firefox and chrome with the same results.

Any help greatly appreciated.
