What mobile operators in Asia have an App to receive/send sms like DTAC Thailand does via "DTAC call" app? The essential part for me is to be able to receive sms via an App. Calling, sending sms will be even better. Better yet, an internet dashboard, similar to the one that DTAC also has.

 

In SE Asia or Asia as a whole.

 

Those who have that for sure. Not "I think that all major operators in every country should have an app which allows you .... blah-blah-blah-blah".

I am genuinely curious as to why you want an app for this functionality, when it is built into the phone. Does it provide some feature that the normal functionality does not provide?

Well for a starters you can use them in different countries without roaming rates they charge you as if you in the same country.

Also once setup you can use it on a second phone without the need for the sim in
