TV black box sync. problems

Featured Replies

I connect my wifi to my hdml TV port through my black box that has my VPN and Chrome browser.

When I want to watch Rugby League from Aus, I fire up my VPN and browser. Can watch everything all OK until the Rugby League station goes to advertisments, then my browser starts to buffer and sometimes the black box freezes.

When this happens I have to either reset the box by powering it down and up, and removing and reinserting the HTMI cable or reentering the browser URL.

There must be a player I can get, or software modifications I can make to fix this anoying problem.

Anyone have this problem or answers please?

Did you try other channels?

Mine works on most but some channels seem to have issues like you described.

Also, when was the last time you updated it?

I do mine every 3 months.

No updates for my box...even though it was a well recommended unit. When I use the kodi player I don't seem to have the same trouble.
Somehow when there are 3 or 4 adds, they get all mixed up and start to play, then play again half way through, then the first add gets cut off by the second, then I usually have to reset.
I'm thinking a different player would work, but I don't know.
