There are many options depending on budget. Chiang Mai has at least 3 good places. A little Google time will reveal the names and addresses.

"Golden Years" in Bangkok.

Good topic, I am getting older and I left Thailand. I decided Thailand was a health hazard for the elderly. Last week I returned from Lake Chapala in Mexico. I checked out assisted living places. I was blown away by the care and absolutely beautiful places. 1000-2000/month.  My plans are in 10 years or whenq time comes to sell my home and move permanently.
