Brown spots on car body

Got few brown spots on car body. Suspect they are rust spots.

Tried clay bar and wax but to no avail.

Anyone know any product or way to get rid of it? 

Iron-X rust remover I heard is good but I can't find it in Thailand.

I don't have a photo. I will be tryin out the iron-x. Or last resort to the garage.

Thai Washer Car Club...you can get just about any product from there.

 

Failing that I can recommend a detailing shop which is about 14kms down Vibhavadi Rangsit road from Don Muang Airport
