How he can not be responsible??

Fatal injury means jail in Russia 100%.

How long depends on the factors but jail it is , sure.

What's Russian law got to do with this?

"How he can not be responsible??".

By it not being his fault if there were other contributing factors and if that's the investigation's conclusion.

  • I'm fed up with this outrageous lie of brake failure. Only in Thailand it seems. Not a failure of the brakes but of Thai drivers's brains

  • They are back with the brakes have failed excuse,I thought it had given way to the "Microsleep " excuse of recent weeks. RIP the lady regards worgeordie

How hard would it be for a cop or whoever to just step on the brake pedal and see if the brakes are working or not? They don't fail and then miraculously start working again.

Only kidding. It's far too hot to bother wearing such a contraption, isn't it.

Considering she died that's in very poor taste....

Exactly what I thought, you don't actually know anything about their maintenance, just myth and rumour spread by posters here with nothing but speculation to go on.

I refuse to engage with you my friend, your Forum name says it all.

Such a ridiculous excuse.... I am sure the crazy driver was driving too close to the motorbike.  I am surprised he didn’ run away
