Have you contacted the British Embassy?

British Embassy do not issue passports.

They also do not accept applications.

I've heard for my son's passport they will ask for a colour photocopy of every page of MY passport ! Is that true ? Also would i need to be with him when he apĺlpies , he's 17 , 18 in june , and will be applying for an adult passport

If this is a requirement there are plenty of agents in the Trendy Building able to do this for around 250 baht
