First uk passport

Hi , my son needs his first uk passport , his mother is thai and he lives in thailand , any idea exactly what documents he needs to make his application in bangkok ? I've heard various stories !!

Have you contacted the British Embassy?

British Embassy do not issue passports.

They also do not accept applications.

I've heard for my son's passport they will ask for a colour photocopy of every page of MY passport ! Is that true ? Also would i need to be with him when he apĺlpies , he's 17 , 18 in june , and will be applying for an adult passport

If this is a requirement there are plenty of agents in the Trendy Building able to do this for around 250 baht
