I've checked the property section of this site among many other sites, and it has turned up nothing. I've lived in Hua Hin nearly 10 years now, and every house I've rented has either been through someone body someone I knew, or I simply just drove past a 'for rent' sign. I've had no luck with both of these so I'm reaching out here. 
I just want a 1 bedroom clean house, that is more or less private and not in the centre of town 'dit phetkhasem', yet not TOO far out as in Soi 10 for example. I used to live in Hin Lek Fai and love the place, if I could find house there again I'd be all over it. My budget is 8-10k a month right now so if anybody can offer contacts or solutions that would be greatly appreciated, cheers
