How old is your son, why did she require his signature?...however if already sold its unlikely either of you will get anything. You could consult a lawyer but beware their fees are extorinate and of course they will tell you want you want to hear as you are at a low ebb even knowing you stand no chance.

The real question is:  After forging your son's signature at the request of your wife, "where's the heck is the money?!"   ????
