Complete BS and not your responsibility. Give them a deadline to do it or you give the bike back and claim your money back as well. No more games. Even if your credit card has been paid off you have a good chance to do a chargeback. Ask to speak to a manager and tell him that. And maybe also worth writing to Kawasaki HQ.

Thanks for the info, going to do that Monday, also going to call my credit card, and see if they can still do a charge back. At this point all I want is the paperwork from the dealer, and I will go to my local land transport office and get the book myself. Bought a new Suzuki GD 110 from a dealer, they gave all the paperwork went the Land Transport office, and 1 hour later had the plate and green book.
