Lost ContactNumbers - International Travel

Featured Replies

I travelled to Malaysia about 6 weeks ago. Upon returning to Thailand, about 80 % (?) of the Contact Phone Numbers I had stored were gone.  Most of the others had been misaligned, so that the number was not retained next to the name of the correct person or company.  This is not the end of the world. I can reconstruct things over time, and can obtain most of the lost numbers from other sources. Indeed, I am gradually doing that already. I haven't bothered contacting my phone co. (AIS) about it. I travelled to Vietnam a year ago, and nothing similar happened then. Any ideas why this happened.
