Popping into town for a few days this weekend and thought I might as well get myself a clean bill of health.

Where is a decent place to go for a HIV/STD checkup that isn't too too far from the beach road? (I imagine there is a hospital nearby that deals with this everyday, I just don't know any names)

Looks like no one else wants to answer this.

I don't have any personal experience with this, but I see a lot of clinics around own offering HIV/AIDs testing. I imagine the Bangkok/Pattaya hospital or Pattaya International hospital would also be able to do the testing. Not sure how to go about it, or what it would cost though.

I would suggest Pattaya Clinical Labs on Pattaya-Naklua Road. Many of the clinics in Pattaya send blood tests here. If you cut out the middle man you get quicker results and pay about half the price

i have mine done at pattaya memorial - fast test about b650 i think i recall. they sort of push the fast test, im happy not to come back. i know im not + so its like...whatever ok fast test.

they do good/cheap blood work there.

i like the idea of the lab though...

dr oliver is anothe rposs but obviously teh blood goes out. i wanted him to do my peace corp check but he didnt have a tb test.

there is also the clinic up in nakua :-) cheap!
