Lots of reasons for traditional Labour supporters to not like Corbyn.

For me it was that bloody hat. Favourite of the SWP in the 70s and Lenin and the Bolsheviks during the Russian revolution. Not a 21st century socialist.

For a long period prior to the election, opinion polls showed that the electorate had swung against Brexit, but once an election was called other political considerations get thrown into the mix and the Parliamentary constituency system does not work on a total head count.

And you have more chance of betting right on the pools, not the polls.

Blimey........You haven't gone down to the shed yet then...?  ????

I agree with what your saying. This is what is wrong with the world and the UK is getting more like the USA with crying rooms and doing everything they can to get a democratically elected president out of power..

It seems some people just accept they are wrong or they were defeated.  I blame the implementation of the National Curriculum in 1988 when there were no losers. The first 3 got a gold medal the next 10 a silver and the rest a bronze. ????

You also couldn't say you are doing wrong, you must try harder. It was don't worry or never mind. You're a winner.????

Please correct me if I am wrong but my understanding is that the Lib Dems did not stand on a policy of having a second referendum but rather advocated direct repeal of Article 50 if they were elected.

The Lib Dems have had a policy of a second referendum since 2016.

And they actually had one on the 12th, a resounding "Leave", plus the Lib Dem leader was buried, same as Corby....

The excuses that were on the tele last night were embarrassing.....????

I just can't believe how arrogant Corbyn and his inner sanctum are, Corbyn doesn't think it is his fault, but it's all the fault of Brexit, when Labour voters are voting Tory in remain seats, it is his fault. He hasn't had the decency to immediately resign, but he is going to hang on for another 4 or 5 months with the look of it.
