I just sold a condo in Pattaya today . Found a buyer in 5 weeks and got 8 visits during these 5 weeks. The market is far to be dead !

Buyer is from USA

A guy from Australia made an offer 100'000 B shorter

1 from Norway, 1 from Germany, 1 from a Gulf country 

2 from Thailand (!? even if condo in foreign quota, so more expensive)

investissors in your list. It could be because they prefer buy the new ones

and not on the second hand market? what do you think about it?

I also think they prefer buy new.

And they often have a guaranteed return of x% for the first 3, 5 or 10 years...
