Bring food into Thailand

Featured Replies

In the past on trips to Europe I bring a selection of vacuum packed meats back with me and never had my problems at Suvarnabhumi airport. But now the with the swine fever epidemic in China and new x-ray equipment at the airport, will bringing in a selection of meats (10kg) be a problem. Any reports on recent experiences would be appreciated.

I do the same as both posters, plus fresh turkey breasts, pork sausages and fillet steaks, lol. And goose fat and beef dripping. Darn, now I'm making myself hungry!
