Hi all. I’m looking to build a 27ft classic Kit sailboat. I just need to source some light wood. Everything I’ve read so far say that the local wool it too heavy and unworkable. I’m in the south but would be willing to transport if needed. My last resort would be import but that would take a while unless I found some in Bangkok. I know I will use Teak for the deck but other than that I’m a little lost on the wood selection. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
