Rooms/small apartments to rent

Featured Replies

1 room or 1.5 rooms small fully furnitured apartments with own bath and entrance to rent.

On our farm I have build 4 small apartments  4 years ago to house my kids and homeland family.

But it stands empty most of the year, so now we want to rent them out.

We are located 60 km out of Chiang Mai close to Lamphun, we are in the country side absolutely far away from tourist areas. Here we live close to the real thai life.

We are looking for renters, who will rent for min. 3 month, we are not interested in short time/tourist renters.

We are living at the farm to, we will like to talk with each other and help each other when we can.

The rent is from 270 euro a month and there is a deposit at 810 euro.

For 270 euro, one can rent a whole house and not a single room in Thailand.

This isn't Europe.

Really! First, you are not allowed to charge more than maximum 2 month rent in deposit. Before you rent out, you are breaking the law. Good landlord!

Then the horrible rent of 270 euro per month! Hey, that´s over 9 000 baht per month! Are you for real. Remember that you are located 60 km away from Chiang Mai. it´s actually possible to rent a smaller house in the outskirts of Chiang Mai for that amount.

At last, you are using that you live at the farm beside your possible renters, as an excuse for the need to be able to talk to them.

So, a summary of this is. If they let you charge them an illegal deposit and fleece them out of over 9 000 baht per month. Hell Yeah! Then they also can not rent if they not talk to you and help you when you need.

You are a fantastic piece of work. People who act like that, should not be allowed to rent or sell anything to anybody.

Welcome to finnsk Collective! Stash your cash in my safe, and I will give you as much work as you can muster, Mr Buster ????????????
