Social media was abuzz with comment after a Thai woman filmed a foreign couple getting amorous among the flowers at the picturesque Buak Haad Park gardens in Chiang Mai.

 

Manager called it "most scandalous" in their headline and thought it worthy of a seven minute video as they went in search of the Facebook poster who recorded the event.

 

They found her - "Jomman Boo" turned out to be 29 year old outraged busybody Natthaporn who has a stall nearby.

 

She was convinced this was very inappropriate - even though the foreign couple seemed to be fully clothed.

 

One appeared to be straddling the other among the frangipani and other ornamental flowers.

Natthaporn didn't dare intervene fearing there might be trouble. So she just stood there and filmed for about ten minutes instead.

 

How could this foreign couple sully such a beautiful area with something as squalid as public groping, was her message to the media.

 

She confirmed that the woman was wearing - wait for it - a skirt!

 

Thaivisa notes that this is not forbidden in Thailand but could be construed as suspicious.

 

Most netizens thought it was disgraceful, said Manager. Though some thought it was just someone holding a child.

 

Park authorities are now aware of the incident and have contacted the police to try and trace the couple and prosecute them.

I believe Thailand has laws againt people who post sexually explicit content online. So if the woman actually spent 10 minutes filming a couple having sex and then posted the video online, I think that means off to jail for her!
