can anyone please tell me how to contact the school remotely? I have already tried via email and Facebook, but nobody answers.

Could it be closed?

Have you tried the various fb groups for teachers in Phuket?  That would be your best bet.

    Just go to the school & ask in their office. In the past I have found the people there most helpful & usually will have someone with good English
