How ridiculous :No Thai lady would ever sell her body for money.

If you don't believe me ask the Tourism authority of Thailand.

Thailand is a Buddhist country, where people practice detachment from material values.

MTGA(make Thailand great again)

Because the tourists want Thai prostitutes and are shocked when they find out, that the Asian girl comes from Vietnam and the black ones from Africa? Do they feel scammed?

If you go to a french food restaurant in France, would you feel scammed if you found out that the chef is a a Thai on a tourist visa?

In another report on the same bust INN reported in their headline that the foreign prostitutes were damaging Thai tourism

why? because those prostitutes aren't thai?

Can't blame the girls, the job was not mentioned in the reserved list.

Sounds like it's so known to be reserved that it wasn't necessary to pointed out..

I mean in there stone head minds they have it so clearly that they didn't see the need to write it down.

Surprised no Laotians.

Lots in Pattaya recently.

Isaan girls are primarily Laotian, always have been.  And Isaan girls make up the majority of the Pattaya bargirls, always have done.  And in many westerners eyes, Isaan girls are the prettiest Thai girls.  I would go along with that view!

Can't blame the african girls for being black either so no need to put them on the black list ….

Foreign prostitutes were arrested, because of free competition, they foreigners were harming the profit of local Thai prostitutes, I just think, that it is good to have foreigners too, the more supply of women and the better for everyone

Amazing Thailand....

Prostitution is illegal, but only foreign girls get rounded up.

Foreign girls hooking is bad for the precious Thai image. Thai girls hooking is not?

I am surprised we don't have to fill out a TM 30 to go with a girl.

Do I need a work permit for my hard-on?

I laughed at first when I read this, but to be fair the African prostitutes are actually hurting tourism (sort of), some of them harass passerbys aggressively (more aggressive than Thai or Vietnamese, at least) in the Nana area. Can be quite unpleasant to walk where they congregate.

The Vietnamese I'd vote to keep - they are less aggressive and a little competition never hurt anyone.

The old adage "Variety is the spice of life" is not applicable here!
