Yes could be that, Subway might have worked well there

I didn't think it would. I never think of eating there and do so beforehand, likely in the Buakhao or soi 7/8 area (before they all closed). Certainty not attracted to the over-the-sea, over-priced places.

It's time for some bakery's like they have in Vietnam where you can get some delicious French bread.

vietnam WAS once called FRENCH INDO CHINA if I remember correctly
