Good question. A post all in Thai language, with no translation on an English forum is not much help.

Official reason is repeated under age drinking, but who knows what has been going on.

As there is no translation of the closure of  this Speed 3 place and that this is an English language forum:

 

• English is the only acceptable language anywhere on ThaiVisa including Classifieds, except within the Thai language forum, where of course using Thai is allowed. Short Thai translation of technical terms is permitted in specialty forums.
