Otherwise try to check Thai International Hospital opposite Tesco-Lotus in Bo Phut (Chaweng).

 

There used to be one in the low building on the Tesco-Lotus parking lot, but I think they have moved. Might have been SFS Clinic...????

 

But there should be a number of clinics, apart from the hospitals.

There is one more clinic I know, but I wasn't sure of it's name. Saw it today when I drove to Chaweng. It's called "Aurora Clinic", and is on the Ring Road where Maenam Bay ends, just before the turn on the road into Bo Phut Bay. Google street view link here.
