Jeremy Hunt on BBC Tonight

Jeremy Hunt, the former UK Health Secretary appeared on the BBC's Beyond 100 Days programme tonight (Thursday) extolling the virtues of Thailand in its 'fight' against the Corona Virus. Hunt stated that he was concerned that the UK was "not doing more social distancing". He said "countries that appear to have succeeded in turning back the tide of Covid 19, countries like Thailand the first country outside China to be affected, reporting only 59 cases".

Obviously he's a little out of date with the 59 figure but ................ really Mr Hunt? A senior UK government minister quoting figures from Thailand? He'll be believing they screen all flights next!

Hunt should ask what 'social distancing' measures Thailand has put in place to achieve their magical figures. He is now the Chairman of the UK's Health & Social Care Select Committee - perhaps he'll send a team of medics over to Thailand to learn how they have done so well ????.

Hunt is as green as they come... an utter numpty if there ever were one. And did he stop to think for just one second that Thailand's low number might have something to with... umm, how shall I put it? Porky pies? Guaranteed there are thousands.
