Accountants messed up and want to close corporation from abroad

Italian citizen hired accountant several years ago to create sham corporation to sponsor for B visa for several years.  It all worked well until month ago and they accountants said they couldn't renew work permit.  So work permit expired.  And B visa now expired.  The accountants really F-ed up this one and dropped the ball by not doing any of the paperwork that they should have done.  So I had to leave nad do as border run as 90 days was to expire.  I left and went to Malaysia but now not allowed back in to Thailand because no resident visa and Italians no longer allowed visa free access.  I've booked a flight and leaving tonight for Argentina.  No plans to return to Asia or Thailand.  I'll stay in Argentina for the foreseeable future until all this visa stuff blows over and then try to return to Europe.  No desire to return to Thailand.  Maybe I'd come back to visit some friends in a few years, but no plans.  Anyway, the accountants who dropped the ball on this one now are sending all sorts of bills and invoices.  I just want them to disappear and go away.  I emailed them and told them to close it and now they want 20k for this and 30k for that and 20k again for some other BS.  I think it's all a scam.

a.) like in almost every other country, can't you just let a corporation lapse by not renewing its annual fees and then it just folds/collapses administratively because its license is no longer valid?  that's what I would like them to do.  I just want them to simply disappear and go F off because they really messed up on this one and I refuse to pay them any further for their absolute ineptitude.

b.) in addition, they say that me, as director, need to come back and travel 4 hours away to Surat Thani to file some papers.  <deleted>?  Isn't that what I pay them to do?  Again, I have no intentions or plans to return to Thailand at least for a few years, quite possibly never.  Even if I wanted to, as I tried yesterday, I'm not even allowed in the country.

c.) If I just tell them to F off and put their email on a spam filter to my trash can and simply ignore them, do they eventually give up and it is all gone and the does the corporation lapse or otherwise expire?

d.) what would happen if I did that and I did try to come back to visit in a few years time?  Anything? Is there a statute of limitations or otherwise?

One needs to do what one needs to do in Thailand.  Isn't pretty much everything visa related in Thailand a sham - multiple tourist visas, agents, Ed visas, fixers, bribes, etc.?  Anyway, that's for another thread in another discussion.  We are all here now, most of us anyway.
