Australia has just restricted travel out of and in to the country, and has banned large gatherings.  Even my local golf club has stated no sharing of carts, and minimum 1.5 metres apart at all times, and no shaking hands. Given I am not allowed within 1.5 meteres of the Pro in shop, I wonder if that means golf is now free - or do I throw the money at him ????

Clearly we are all going to be spending more time indoors than usual for a few weeks - so the obvious question is:

If you were stuck home for weeks and only had 5 movies to watch and therefore had to watch them 3 or more times each - what would be your top 5 favourite movies ??

Mine are - in no specific order (too hard to choose):

Shawshank Redemption

Godfather (2)

Pulp Fiction

Avatar

Matrix (1)

Please note I did say favourite to watch - not the 'best'.

The 'best' movie is Gone With The Wind - but that is only my opinion.

Mate - that movie (Contagion) is exactly how the world is reacting now.  But there is something missing in this massive panic attack - millions dying.  Hope it doesnt come to that - but you never know.

And of course - World War Z

21 best virus and pandemic movies.....

One of my favourite movies:

Outbreak (1995)

An absolute classic starring Dustin Hoffman, Rene Russo, Morgan Freeman, and Donald Sutherland, Outbreak centers on a group of contagious-disease experts who work to minimize and eliminate an airborne virus that’s wreaking havoc on a small California town. This one has also seen an increase in rentals in light of coronavirus.

Just watched it 2 nights ago last night was 28 days later

This is a colorized version of the THE LAST MAN ON EARTH. Good watch when in the mood, I Am Legend was sort of a remake of this classic.
