    Nothing, absolutely nothing about what the US Embassy is doing to ensure the health of it's own (U.S. Citizens) living in Thailand. Very disappointing.

    What a bunch of empty meaningless words. Wish we had the British ambassador who is actually trying to help people. 

    They don't have a clue. I only listen to the ORANGE MAN, the only stable genius with unrivaled leadership and clear directives. MAGA

    Really displeased with recent gift to Thailand of 2m USD recently. Given its lack of democracy, the atrocious way Thailand treats foreigners, the scandal by government officials to horde and resell masks (!!!), the specific vitriol spewed by govt related to virus, the lack of honest covid numbers and the general incompetence the govt has shown in managing the situation especially how it relates to foreigners be it at airports, immigration or public decree.

     

    What cooperation? Government propaganda that makes no sense from public health perspective, scapegoating foreigners to the point it affects the way I'm treated in public. No, that's just ridiculous.

     

    US govt should have done outreach program giving it's citizens masks and alcohol.

     

    Money will just disappear. I bet it has already. Absolutely foolish. Did this buy political goodwill I think not.

     

    I will forever dislike this ambassador. Giving the government 2m USD and no masks and alcohol for us. A big F U.

     

    I didn't watch the video but a message to the Ambassador. I don't care how you're all getting on behind guarded walls. I don't care about you at all. You're paid and sworn to care about sovereign issues and US citizens. By my measure a huge fail.

    Yes but at least he is dressed properly, like an Ambassador, not like that disgrace of a man the British Ambassador.

     I remember the joke at the time was to do with him inserting a chocolate bar in his nether regions: Careless with a Whispa.
