I had to laugh at that!   The Thai's are the worst offenders. Look at the roadside just about anywhere in LOS and you will see a sea of flung garbage.

Yes; but I believe the sentiment is that we're taking a rest. But, there are also some good insights.

The "tourist" comment is meant "globally". The presenter happens to be Thai.
