Supposedly all.

A patient who has symptoms of Covid19 and is subsequently tested positive for Covid19 is not allowed to be transferred somewhere else.  He should stay wherever he is and been quarantined.

This is a rule. Facts may differ. 

Rules can change w/o prior notice.

Government today clearly stated that most of those with suspect covid-19 well be sent to public hospitals and those with symptoms that indicated other cause to private facilities - that there was a total of more than 2,000 bads available for COVID-19 with 31% in private hospitals.  At about 6 minute mark of below translation.
