Just wanting some advice on the current situation and to find out if there are more buyers of Amari Residences Pattaya are on this forum having the same issue as I have and how they deal with the correspondence received recently.  

 

Amari Residences Pattaya has been completed years ago but the Chanote's have not been transferred to the buyers till date. Condo has been paid up upon delivery 2016/2017. 

Proposal now is to pay 15.000 p/sqm extra to have Chanote's released.

so you bought a villa/condo(?) from Amari but the chanote wasn't transferred into your or your proxies' name and now they want you to buy it again but this time from the bank?
