No Off Peak during dayhours as Songkran is canceled

 

 

Normally it would be Songkran now, a public holiday.

And those who have a TOU meter would benefit from a low tarif on these days.

But the official status of Songkran is 'canceled' .

I just noticed this message which was printed on the bill which arrived today, April the 14th.
