What's all the fuss, look at some sex toy websites (located in many countries) and you'll see numerous versions of items like this, all freely available to buy on-line and in some countries over the counter in sex shops clearly signed for all to see 'adult shop' or similar.

 

I've heard folks talk about these items for years.
